Chef De Partie

Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing and cooking food to Novotel and Accor standards, maintaining consistent portion sizes and presentation, and supporting smooth service during busy periods. Candidates should have commercial kitchen experience, sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, hygiene standards and food safety requirements. A relevant culinary qualification is preferred, along with good communication, teamwork, organisation and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean and safe workstation, minimise waste, follow recipes and procedures, assist with stock control, and contribute positively to the kitchen team. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is generally required.
