Job Description

The Events and Groups Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of conferences, meetings, weddings, group stays and other events at The Sebel Mandurah. Typical requirements include previous experience in hotel events, conferences, group reservations or coordination; strong administration and organisational skills; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; and confidence using hotel or office systems. The successful candidate is expected to manage enquiries, prepare proposals and function details, coordinate with clients and operational departments, monitor deadlines, and help deliver smooth guest experiences. Flexibility, professionalism, commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities are important. Weekend or evening work may occasionally be required, depending on event schedules.
