Safety and Security Manager

Job Description

The Safety and Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel operations at SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin. Requirements typically include relevant security or hotel experience, leadership ability, knowledge of Thai safety regulations, emergency response, risk assessment, incident reporting and security systems. First-aid, fire-safety and crisis-management training are advantageous. Fluency in Thai and working English is generally expected. The successful candidate should be calm under pressure, physically and mentally alert, discreet, service-minded and confident working with police, emergency services and local authorities. Expectations include developing security procedures, conducting inspections and drills, investigating incidents, training colleagues, monitoring access and CCTV, and ensuring compliance with Accor standards.
