Job Description

As Chef de Partie at Novotel Canberra, you will manage an assigned kitchen section, prepare and cook dishes to the hotel’s standards, maintain consistent quality and presentation, and support smooth service across restaurant, banquet and room-service operations. Candidates should have relevant commercial cookery experience, strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is beneficial. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends and public holidays, and a professional attitude.
