Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and requests, provides information about hotel facilities and Sharjah attractions, processes payments, and resolves concerns professionally. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong English communication skills, a courteous and well-presented manner, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of additional languages and experience with hotel systems are advantageous. The successful candidate should be attentive, calm under pressure, culturally respectful, and committed to delivering efficient, personalized service in line with ibis Styles standards.
