The Recepcionista supports guests throughout their stay, handling check-in and check-out, reservations, payments, enquiries, complaints and general reception administration. Candidates are expected to have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional and welcoming manner, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Spanish is essential, while English and other languages are valuable. Previous hotel reception experience and familiarity with booking or property-management systems are advantageous. The role normally requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, together with good organisation, attention to detail and a practical approach to resolving guest needs.
