Room Attendant

Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas to ibis Styles and Accor standards. Typical requirements include previous housekeeping or hotel experience, attention to detail, physical stamina, personal cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure. Candidates should be reliable, polite, guest-focused, and comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, replenishing amenities, protecting guest privacy, following health and safety procedures, and working cooperatively with supervisors and other hotel departments.
