Job Description

The Pastry Chef de Partie supports the pastry kitchen by preparing desserts, cakes, breads, pastries and other baked products to Pullman’s quality standards. Candidates should have formal culinary training or relevant commercial pastry experience, sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes accurately. Strong organisation, attention to detail and teamwork are essential. The role requires working efficiently during busy service periods, maintaining clean and safe work areas, controlling ingredient waste and assisting with menu preparation. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, creative, adaptable and committed to delivering consistent presentation and excellent guest experiences. Availability for early mornings, weekends and public holidays is generally required.
