Job Description

The Bar Manager is expected to lead the bar operation, maintain high service standards and deliver a polished guest experience consistent with MGallery expectations. Requirements typically include proven supervisory or management experience in a hotel, resort or premium bar environment, strong knowledge of beverages, stock control, rostering, budgeting and responsible service practices. The successful candidate should be confident training and motivating a team, managing suppliers, controlling costs and maintaining compliance with Australian liquor and health regulations. Excellent communication, organisation and customer-service skills are essential, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. A valid Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is normally required.
