Job Description

The Outlet Manager – Pan Asian is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a Pan Asian restaurant, maintaining high service standards, managing restaurant staff, controlling costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates are generally expected to have several years of experience in restaurant or luxury hospitality management, preferably in Asian cuisine or an international hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, guest-relations, scheduling, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of food safety, beverage service, revenue control, and hotel operating procedures is expected. The successful candidate should be professional, commercially aware, culturally sensitive, and able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays in a busy luxury property.
