Candidates should have previous reservations, front-office or hotel customer-service experience, good English communication skills and confidence using computer systems. Knowledge of Opera or similar property-management software, additional languages and experience in a luxury or international hotel are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide accurate, prompt and courteous service, meet revenue and occupancy objectives, follow hotel standards, and coordinate effectively with Front Office, Sales and other departments. This role is specifically intended to support Emirati talent, so UAE nationality and eligibility for relevant local employment initiatives may be required.
