Job Description

The Director of Rooms leads the hotel’s Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping and related guest services, ensuring excellent standards, smooth operations and strong financial performance. The role typically requires substantial luxury-hotel experience, previous Rooms Division or Front Office leadership, excellent knowledge of guest-service standards, budgeting, forecasting and team management. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to coach multicultural teams and respond effectively to guest concerns. Experience with hotel property-management systems and knowledge of Qatar or Middle Eastern hospitality operations may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high service quality, improve guest satisfaction, control costs, support revenue objectives and collaborate closely with other departments and senior management.
