Fluency in English is generally expected, while Thai language ability and knowledge of the Bangkok market are valuable. The role requires a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, confidence in dealing with corporate and leisure clients, and the ability to meet revenue targets while working flexibly with operational departments.
