The role generally requires previous experience in hotel reception or customer service, fluent Spanish, conversational English, good communication skills and confidence using hotel management and booking systems. Additional languages, especially French, are advantageous. Candidates should be guest-focused, organised, professional and calm under pressure, with flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, teamwork and availability for the opening period in August 2025 are expected.
