Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering attentive, friendly service. Candidates should have bar or hospitality experience, good product knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. A professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. The role also involves setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring stock, processing payments and following food safety, responsible alcohol service and hotel standards. Knowledge of cocktail preparation and additional languages would be an advantage.
