Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns duties, checks standards, manages supplies, and supports guest satisfaction. Candidates should have hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role, with knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety practices, and basic computer systems. Good communication, leadership, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected. The successful candidate should be physically fit, reliable, service-minded, and capable of training colleagues and resolving operational issues promptly. Experience in an international hotel or luxury property is an advantage.
