Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, bar and service operations at Novotel Sydney Darling Square. The role requires hospitality experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team during busy periods. Candidates are expected to maintain high service standards, support staff training, manage guest requests, follow health and safety procedures, assist with stock and cash control, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is important. A responsible service of alcohol qualification and familiarity with hotel systems would be advantageous.
