The Marketing Manager will lead marketing activity for Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, supporting brand visibility, guest engagement, revenue growth and the resort’s commercial objectives. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field, along with several years of hotel or resort marketing experience. The candidate should understand digital marketing, social media, public relations, content creation, campaign planning and market analysis. Strong communication, writing, coordination and organizational skills are expected, as well as confidence working with sales, revenue, food and beverage and operations teams. Experience with luxury or lifestyle hospitality, knowledge of the UAE market and familiarity with major digital platforms would be advantageous.
