Candidates should have good spoken and written English, strong communication and organisational skills, a professional telephone manner, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with Opera or another property-management system is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to provide accurate information, promote suitable room types and hotel services, follow Accor standards, protect guest data, and coordinate effectively with Front Office, Sales and other departments. The role also requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, with a consistently helpful and courteous attitude.
