Job Description

The IT Coordinator supports the hotel’s daily technology operations, including hardware, software, networks, user accounts, point-of-sale systems and guest-facing services. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, along with practical experience in IT support, preferably within hospitality. Knowledge of Windows systems, networking, troubleshooting, cybersecurity practices and hotel technology platforms is advantageous. The role requires strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to assist employees promptly and maintain reliable systems. The successful candidate is expected to follow Accor standards, protect confidential information, coordinate with vendors and escalate technical issues when necessary.
