The Recreation Executive supports the planning and delivery of recreational activities and guest experiences, ensuring facilities, equipment and programmes are safe, welcoming and well maintained. Requirements typically include hotel, recreation, leisure or customer-service experience, good English communication skills, a friendly and energetic personality, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should be confident engaging with children, families and international guests, able to explain activities clearly, handle basic operational records and respond professionally to guest needs. First-aid, lifeguard or relevant sports and recreation qualifications may be advantageous.
