Guest Service Agent

Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, manages reservations and payments, answers enquiries, coordinates guest requests, and resolves concerns professionally. Candidates should have relevant hotel or customer-service experience, good English communication skills, a pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of additional languages and experience with hotel property-management systems are advantages. Shangri-La expects candidates to be polished, attentive, reliable, culturally aware, and committed to delivering warm, efficient service while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
