Job Description

The Service Associate – Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable and well-presented guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces. Typical duties include cleaning rooms, replenishing amenities, handling linen, reporting maintenance issues and responding courteously to guest requests. Candidates should usually have hospitality or housekeeping experience, although suitable entry-level applicants may be considered. Good physical stamina, attention to detail, personal grooming, reliability and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. The role also requires teamwork, respect for hotel procedures and a professional approach to guest privacy and service standards. Basic English communication is normally useful, while knowledge of local languages may be an advantage.
