Job Description

The Stewarding Supervisor oversees kitchen stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, waste disposal, equipment care, and hygiene standards. Candidates typically need previous hotel or restaurant stewarding experience, supervisory ability, knowledge of food-safety practices, and good communication skills. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate the stewarding team, maintain sufficient supplies, support kitchen operations, train staff, enforce sanitation procedures, and work closely with chefs and other hotel departments.
