Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, recommends drinks, maintains bar stock, handles cash or billing, and ensures excellent guest service. Candidates should have relevant bar or hospitality experience, good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation, and strong communication skills. A friendly personality, professional presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods are expected. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. Food safety awareness, responsible alcohol service, teamwork, and a willingness to follow Shangri-La’s service standards are also important.
