Job Description

The Outlet Manager oversees daily operations of a restaurant or food-and-beverage outlet at Shangri-La Singapore. Candidates are generally expected to have relevant hospitality experience, supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, strong knowledge of service standards, and good English communication skills. A hospitality qualification is advantageous. The role requires leadership, staff scheduling, guest-service management, cost and inventory control, revenue awareness, and coordination with kitchen and hotel departments. The successful candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering consistent service aligned with Shangri-La standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
