The group operates properties across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other international markets. In the Philippines, Shangri-La properties include major city hotels and resort destinations, offering accommodation, restaurants, wellness facilities, events, and extensive guest services. Destination Guide

The Philippines offers hospitality opportunities across Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Palawan, Bohol, and other resort islands, particularly in hotels, restaurants, tourism, and food and beverage operations. Filipino culture is warm, community-oriented, and strongly influenced by family, music, festivals, and English-language communication. Island living can provide beaches, outdoor activities, fresh seafood, and a relaxed lifestyle, although transport, healthcare access, utilities, and internet quality vary by location. Foreign applicants normally need an employer-sponsored work permit and appropriate visa before starting employment; requirements should be confirmed with the employer and Philippine authorities. Local hires should budget for housing, transport, and seasonal price changes in tourist areas. Relocation is easiest when accommodation, meals, insurance, and service-charge arrangements are clarified in the employment offer.
