Job Description

The Guest Service Center Agent handles guest calls, requests, inquiries, wake-up calls, complaints, and communication with hotel departments. Candidates should have relevant hotel or customer-service experience, good English communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, basic computer knowledge, and strong multitasking ability. Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage. The role requires professionalism, patience, accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong service attitude. Candidates should be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, while responding promptly and courteously in line with Shangri-La service standards.
