Job Description

The In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress is responsible for taking guest orders, confirming special requests, preparing trays or trolleys, delivering meals and beverages promptly, and clearing items after service. Candidates should have hotel or restaurant service experience, a polite and customer-focused attitude, good communication skills in English and Cantonese, and a professional appearance. Knowledge of food safety, menu items, and service standards is advantageous.
