Job Description

The Service Associate – Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and staff facilities to Shangri-La standards. Duties may include making beds, replacing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests, and following health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, well-groomed, and comfortable working on their feet. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, a positive attitude, discretion, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic English and courteous communication are generally expected.
