Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Receivable and Credit

Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable, credit control, billing, collections, reconciliations, and related month-end reporting. The role typically requires a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or hospitality management, relevant experience in hotel finance, and good knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Experience with credit procedures, revenue transactions, audit support, and supervising colleagues is highly desirable. Candidates should be accurate, organised, ethical, commercially aware, and confident communicating with internal departments, guests, corporate clients, and business partners. The successful candidate is expected to meet collection targets, maintain accurate financial records, follow company controls, resolve discrepancies promptly, and support the Finance Manager in delivering reliable financial information.
