Job Description

The Multimedia Artist creates engaging visual and digital content for Shangri-La’s marketing, communications, and guest-experience activities. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in multimedia arts, graphic design, communication, or a related field; strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video editing, motion graphics, and digital content production; and a portfolio demonstrating creative work. Experience in hospitality, branding, social media, or corporate communications is an advantage. The candidate is expected to interpret briefs accurately, protect brand standards, manage several projects at once, meet deadlines, collaborate with marketing and operational teams, and remain flexible for events, shoots, and changing business priorities. Strong communication, attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of current digital trends are important.
