Assistant Financial Controller

Job Description

The Assistant Financial Controller supports the hotel’s financial control function, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, cash management and compliance with company policies. Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance, with several years of relevant hotel or hospitality experience. Strong knowledge of financial systems, Hong Kong accounting requirements and Microsoft Excel is desirable. The role requires accuracy, integrity, analytical ability and effective communication with operational departments and senior management. The successful candidate should be hands-on, well organised and able to meet strict reporting deadlines while helping maintain sound financial controls and improve business performance.
