Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant or dining-floor operations, coordinating service, supporting guest satisfaction and ensuring Shangri-La standards are consistently met. Typical requirements include previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, good English communication skills and the ability to lead and train team members. Cantonese and Mandarin may be advantageous in Hong Kong. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, attentive, well organised and calm under pressure, while maintaining accurate service procedures, hygiene standards and effective communication with the kitchen and management. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
