Job Description

The Service Associate – Finance (Receiving) supports the hotel’s receiving and accounting processes. Typical duties include checking delivered goods against purchase orders and invoices, recording receipts, preparing documentation, coordinating with suppliers and departments, maintaining accurate files, and assisting with audits and month-end reporting. Candidates generally need a relevant degree, diploma, or experience in accounting, finance, purchasing, receiving, or hotel operations. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, computer literacy, and familiarity with spreadsheets or hotel accounting systems are expected.
