Job Description

The Service Leader – Front Office is responsible for supporting smooth daily front-office operations, including guest arrivals and departures, room assignments, payments, guest requests, and complaint resolution. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel reception or guest services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and good English proficiency. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems and luxury-service standards is advantageous. The role requires a guest-focused attitude, leadership ability, attention to detail, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and the confidence to coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, concierge, and other departments.
