The successful candidate should be confident in guest relations, staff coaching, scheduling, stock and cost control, cash handling, and complaint resolution. Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety and service procedures are expected. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential. Experience with international guests and hotel point-of-sale systems would be an advantage.
