Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Receivable and Credit

Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable and credit control activities, including billing, collections, payment allocation, account reconciliation, credit assessments and month-end reporting. Candidates should have relevant accounting experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, and a sound understanding of receivables, credit procedures and financial controls. Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires good communication and follow-up skills when dealing with guests, companies and internal departments. Familiarity with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel and hotel finance procedures is expected. A degree, diploma or professional qualification in accounting, finance or a related field, together with supervisory experience, would be advantageous.
