Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets by conducting patrols, monitoring access points and CCTV, responding to incidents, enforcing hotel procedures and preparing reports. Candidates should have relevant security or hospitality experience, good physical fitness, sound judgment and strong communication skills. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or the ability to obtain one is normally required. First-aid training, customer-service experience, basic computer skills and Cantonese, English or Mandarin ability are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to remain alert, professional and discreet, handle emergencies calmly, support guest safety and work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
