Candidates should have a courteous, well-groomed and service-oriented personality, good communication skills in English and Cantonese, and ideally Mandarin. Previous experience in a luxury hotel, guest services or a similar customer-facing role is beneficial. The position requires physical stamina, alertness, teamwork and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
