Job Description

The Accountant is expected to maintain accurate financial records, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end and year-end closing, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist with financial reporting and audits. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with relevant hotel or commercial accounting experience preferred. Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is useful. The role requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines. Professional accounting qualifications or progress toward them may be advantageous. Good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues across departments are also expected.
