Security Executive

Job Description

The Security Executive is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La Singapore. Typical duties include conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, supporting emergency procedures and maintaining professional relationships with guests and local authorities. Candidates should have relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, strong observation and communication skills, and a calm, service-focused approach. A valid Singapore security licence or relevant certification may be required. The successful candidate is expected to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, follow hotel security procedures, maintain confidentiality and respond promptly and courteously to all situations.
