Destination Guide

Indonesia offers opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, education, technology and international business. Bali is the most established destination for resort employment and has a relaxed, multicultural lifestyle, while Java, including Jakarta and Surabaya, provides larger corporate and hotel markets. Lombok, Batam, Sulawesi and other islands offer growing opportunities in resorts, marine tourism and conservation. Indonesian culture places importance on courtesy, community, family and religious diversity; local customs vary considerably between islands.
