Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of a restaurant or bar, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction and smooth teamwork. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, food and beverage experience, supervisory ability and good knowledge of service procedures, hygiene and point-of-sale systems. Fluency in English is generally expected; additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, organised, confident leading a team and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities may include staff scheduling, briefings, training, handling guest feedback, monitoring stock and costs, coordinating with the kitchen and supporting the Outlet Manager in meeting revenue and quality targets.
