Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, supports check-in and check-out, handles enquiries, coordinates special requests, and resolves concerns professionally. Candidates should have relevant hotel or customer-service experience, strong spoken and written English, a pleasant and confident manner, and good knowledge of hospitality standards. Additional languages are advantageous. The role requires excellent communication, grooming, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Shangri-La will look for someone who is guest-focused, culturally sensitive, well organised, and able to create a warm, personalised experience while working effectively with other hotel departments.
