Job Description

The Service Centre Officer supports hotel guests by handling telephone calls, requests, enquiries and service recovery in a professional and timely manner. Typical requirements include hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, basic computer proficiency and a polished telephone manner. Mandarin may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to remain calm under pressure, coordinate effectively with housekeeping, engineering and food-and-beverage teams, maintain accurate records and deliver Shangri-La’s service standards around the clock. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
