Job Description

The Team Leader at The Line supports the daily operation of Shangri-La Singapore’s buffet restaurant, supervising service staff, coordinating seating and guest requests, maintaining service standards, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or team-leader position. Strong communication, guest-service, organisational, and problem-solving skills are expected. The role requires a professional appearance, attention to detail, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to coach colleagues while delivering warm, efficient service in a busy environment.
