This role supports customers across ANZ branches in Brisbane’s western suburbs, helping with everyday banking, accounts, transactions, lending enquiries and digital banking services. Candidates are expected to provide friendly, personalised service, identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products. Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills are important, along with confidence using digital systems and the ability to meet service or sales objectives. Previous banking, retail, sales or customer-service experience is useful, but ANZ may also consider applicants with transferable skills. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, responsible handling of customer information and a commitment to responsible banking and compliance. Availability to work standard branch hours and flexibility to work across nearby locations may be expected.
