Major job markets include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra, with regional opportunities also available. Australian workplace culture is generally practical, direct, collaborative and respectful of work-life balance. Lifestyle options range from vibrant cities and beaches to relaxed regional communities, national parks and outdoor activities.
