Job Description

Banking Consultants support customers in ANZ branches across the Hunter and Newcastle region, helping with everyday banking, accounts, payments, lending enquiries and digital banking services. The role requires strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, along with confidence using technology and the ability to understand and explain financial products. Previous banking, retail or sales experience is useful, although candidates with transferable customer-facing experience may be considered.
